Stilettos on, Sonya hit the catwalk at full stride as a teen in 1984 and hasn’t stopped moving since. Whether in front of the camera, modeling, doing print, runway shows, music videos, TV commercials or film she has over 35 years experience in every facet of the industry. During her 10 year modeling stint Sonya frequented Vancouver, New York, Toronto, the US and Europe. Since hanging up her stilettos Sonya opened her own modeling agency in Vancouver. 100 beautiful and talented models were discovered by her across BC. She quickly guided and groomed her new roster for success. Her hand picked models were constantly booked international and locally in TV, film, commercials, movies and Print. Since, Sonya transitioned Boss Management into a Film, TV and Print agency supplying talent to productions locally and internationally for nearly the last 20 years.

Kimberlea worked in the fashion industry as a model for over 7 years traveling internationally and later as an agent for an internationally renowned model and talent agency. With over 15 years experience as a top agent representing models locally and internationally placing them into magazines, catalog’s and fashion shows from across Canada to Europe, Asia and into the USA, Kimberlea brings her experience and her successful eye for talent to Boss and delivers high quality performers to productions filming in Vancouver.

Paul Cousins has been involved in the Okanagan entertainment industry since 1985 and has been involved with most of the major projects to come through the Okanagan. In the past ten years hes worked on projects including Drink, Slay, Love, Surrogate’s Nightmare, Season’s Greetings and Tiny House Of Terror. He has also been crew and regional crew recruiter for national TV shows including The Amazing Race Canada, The Liquidator, and X-Weighted: Families.
